||1947 Jean Bagnis launched Estandon. Consistency, quality and service were the strategic ingredients that were to go on to make Estandon a success. At the time, this pioneer already realised that to make an impression, you had to be different.
In 1973, the winemakers in the wine cooperatives - especially in the Var - pooled their expertise with the creation of a cooperative union.
In the early 1980s, the union built cellars and offices in Brignoles, and bottling and bag-in-box packaging activities began to develop. As the vintages passed by, new wineries in the Var and Bouches-du-Rhone joined the group, uniting around the “Cellier de Saint Louis” brand.
In 2005, the union welcomed the Vignerons des Caves de Provence, owners of the Estandon brand. Thus the “Cercle des Vignerons de Provence” was born, representing 10 % of wine production in Provence.
In 2012, on the strength of this collective success, all the winemakers entered into a new dynamic: Estandon Vignerons. This new era is based on the principles that have ensured ??the success of the brand: committed values, a talent for sharing, responsible behaviour, and an invitation to discovery.
