A subtly spicy layered and intense red pinot fruit nose that is nuanced by hints of earth that leads to delicious, fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced flavors that possess a discreet sauvage component on the precise and vibrant finish where a very mild touch of warmth can also be found. This is lovely and has an attractive Burgundian element to the mouth feel. Lovely and worth a look for those who like classically styled pinot.
