In a season of brainless and brain-addled "celebrities" on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Frankel stood out as the smart one. Funny, sharp and quick witted, Frankel was a believable (and likeable) player in the Manhattan social swirl. And there was a sweetness -- a low calorie sweetness, for sure -- to her story of launching her Skinnygirl brand.
