The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the fresh, fruity aroma and taste. Pale yellow with a fresh, fruity aroma and taste of citrus and tropical fruits along with apricots and peaches. Dry and light-bodied with an herbal touch, balanced with good acidity. Excellent as an appetizer, or with salads, white meats, fish or cream soups.
