All Appleton Estate Jamaica Rums are 100% estate produced and bottled: The entire process of making and aging the rums takes place on the estate. Appleton Estate uses a time-tested combination of small-batch copper pot and column distillation to impart a distinctive character to the portfolio. The rums are then laid to mature in American oak barrels, where they develop rich aromas, color and sweetness before blending.
