On the left of ”Les Cent Vignes” is a small .85-hectare parcel called ”Les Toussaints”, also in the Premier Cru area of Beaune, where this wonderful wine is made. Located on top of the hill, this vineyard produces a firm, compact wine, with a bit of acidity on the finish.
