Red Wine obtained from typical Salento's Negroamaro grapes, aged in barrique; ruby red colour; intense, delicate, ethereal vanilla bouquet; dry, velvety, and soft flavour. A marvellous companion for roasts, red meat and particularly for game and strong flavoured dishes.
It's suggested to uncork the bottle just one hour before use and serve at a temperature of 18 - 20°C.
