Dark garnet-purple in colour, Gigglepot is distinctly Cabernet with serious intensity. The nose displays black current, fresh plum and blackberry fruits, with hints of dried bay leaf, clove and loads of spice. Greatly concentrated, with fine integrated tannins and lively acidity it finishes with lingering cassis, soft vanilla and cedar oak. The Gigglepot on the label is Sarah and Sparky's daughter Holly, who couldn't stop laughing about how she looked with these crazy black glasses on!
