The Syrah represents for the Sallier de La Tour Company the international variety which has demonstrated throughout the years, and more than the others, certain productive assurances of great success and interest. The Company, when the wine production still wasn’t a true reality, was already studying with its technicians the behaviour of the Syrah, varying the density of the plantings and the training systems us.
