SIGNET is the latest and probably the most ground-breaking innovation in the world of single malts. It is a fusion of unique elements, which have been carefully brought together by Glenmorangie's head of distilling and whisky creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden. In his own words SIGNET represents the ‘culmination of a lifetime's experience’. At the heart of SIGNET lies whisky created from high roasted cchocolatec malt, giving rich, dark and powerful flavors that no whisky before has been able to so beautifully balance. SIGNET also contains rare and ancient whiskies from the Glenmorangie's archives, aged for over 34 years. Other elements include whisky distilled from Glenmorangie's finest single-estate barley grown in our own fields overlooking the shore of the Dornoch Firth. The precise formulation for SIGNET remains a secret which is closely guarded by our whisky creation team. What is certain, is that SIGNET will reveal to you its unique and extraordinarily rich flavors with hints of amaretto, dark chocolate & espresso coffee.
