| SIGNATURE COCKTAIL: UNDER THE MANGO TREE
1.5 ounces Coruba Mango Rum
.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
.5 ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.25 ounce simple syrup (1:1)
Champagne top (or club soda)
Mango slice for garnish
Combine ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a fresh mango slice. |
