| Wine maker notes |
| The Olive Hill Estate Vineyard sits smack dab in the heart of the Sonoma Valley, where underground hot springs warm the soil and ocean breezes lightly pepper the vineyard, cooling it down. Fermented in small batches to accentuate the site's terroir, the Olive Hill is bursting with plum, black currant and cherry fruit on the nose and palate. Hints of oak spice, licorice and spearmint are a nice counterpoint to the fruit, carried by a firm structure that drinks nicely now and will continue to develop for a few years in bottle. |
