Vine planting system: Double Guyot
Vine planting density: 4000 vines per hectare

Vinification and Ageing:
Manual harvest in 18-kilos cases.

Alcohol fermentation without skin contact, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, for approx. 10 days.
The wine rests on the lees though the winter, then is bottled the following spring.
