Medium bodied with well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish. |
| Wine maker notes |
| The juice is separated from the skins in a process called "bleeding,”in which 15% of red grape juice from each vat is separated prior to fermentation, ensuring a perfect rosé color. It is then aged in bottle four months prior to release. |

| Very versatile. Enjoy before lunch or dinner as a delightful aperitif. A perfect companion for lobster, crab and other shellfish as well as fish courses, notably salmon, swordfish and tuna; pairs well with vegetarian dishes and white meat entrees. Chill well before serving. |
