Grapes are sourced from Bertani’s estate vineyards in the Soave district. The soil is basaltic, of volcanic origin.
| Wine maker notes |
| Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September and traditional white wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 57-60ºF, with 50% of the juice undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in tank on the lees for approximately five months. Following bottling, the wine rests three months before release. |
