Our Twin Valley Cabernet Sauvignon demonstrates satisfying flavors of blackberry and black currant. The fruit is balanced by just the right amount of oak for a soft, smooth mouthfeel.
Premier yeasts were used for quality in fermentation. Once harvested, our Cabernet grapes were cold soaked to enhance their flavors without bitterness.
