Chateau Notton is made in the spirit of a “grand vin.” It is assembled from selected batches that yield a round and supple wine that is ready for drinking on release. Chateau Notton is a classic Margaux, combining rich flavors and great finesse. Complex notes of ripe dark cherries, roses, licorice and oak are highly satisfying. Chateau Notton is an undiscovered gem and can be enjoyed with fillet mignon and other cuts of steak and red meats. Though perfectly enjoyable when young, Chateau Notton can be cellared for up to ten years.
