Tasting notes

Brilliant golden-yellow color; fruity aromas very typical of the varietal: licorice and roses; highly approachable with a refined finish, powerful. The auslese designation ensures that faulty or unripe grapes are excluded from production and that the juice is not chaptalised. It is the lightest of Kracher’s dessert wines.

Technical notes

Chardonnay, Welschriesling. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.

As dessert itself, paired with peach tarts, custards, or savory and rich cheeses.
