well-regarded growers in northern Spain, Bitch highlights the natural varietal characteristics of cool-climate
Chardonnay, Grenache and Viura from superior terroir.

red-brown loams and white limestone mixed with rocky slate. Winemaker Chris Ringland personally selects
unoaked Chardonnay and Grenache wines for this blend. |
