Tasting notes Pronounced fruity and spicy aroma with notes of leather, tar, dark chocolate and violets, along with oak spice. Medium structure with good fruit on the palate. The tannins are balanced. With good length and an earthy finish. Technical notes Lindenburg vineyard in Bolzano along the Talvera river at an elevation of 920 feet. Deep and rich alluvial soil. Fermented and macerated for 15 days in stainless steel. Aged 18 months in French oak (33% new). Medium cherry-red color.
