The Felluga name is synonymous with Friuli Venezia Giuli and a rich family winemaking heritage. At Zuani, Patrizia and her son Antonio grow indigenous regional varietals and use traditional winemaking methods to produce authentic, terroir-driven wines. Located in the sub-appellation of San Floriano del Collio, Zuani is a 12 acre vineyard planted to Friulano, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc. Of the two wines produced, Vigne is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks while Zuani is made from late harvested grapes aged in small French oak barriques. After bottling, both wines are aged for a minimum of three months in bottle before release.
| Tasting notes |
| Pronounced and complex aromas of ripe fruit are integrated with mineral notes. A core of acidity keeps the soft flavors of dried apricots and ripe white peaches in balance on the medium-length, pleasant finish. |
