| Maturing in barrels on its lees for a period of 8 months, this is a white dessert wine made from white Grenache. Meant to be drunk young and cool, around 57F degres, this wine is reminiscent of waxy white fruit, vanilla and cinnamon. As it ages it reveals a whole palette of dried fruit. This is just the drink for festive meals accompanying foie gras and scallops – without forgetting vanilla or chocolate desserts.
