The 2011 Organic Viognier displays intense notes of ripe nectarines, warm pears and jasmine with a yeasty / earthy undercurrent. Medium bodied with an appealing suggestion of oiliness to the texture, it offers a good amount of stone fruit flavor in the mouth offset by lively acid, finishing long and yeasty / savory. Drinking nicely now, it should keep to 2014. ”
