| Four levels of quality are used to classify French wines : - Vins de Table can come from different grape varieties and regions and do not have a vintage; - Vins de Pays come from a delimited region; - Vins Délimités de Qualité Supérieure, which totalled 66 when the INAO was established, are now being reduced in number in favour of AOC wines due to improvements in wine-growing and wine-making techniques; - Appellations d’Origine Contrôlées. Having acquired an international reputation with its Chablis wines, J. Moreau & Fils has progressively extended its know-how to a range of Vins de Table comprising a red wine, a dry white wine and a rosé wine as well as two medium dry wines : one white and one red. In response to growing demand, all these wines bear the traditional and easily recognizable J. Moreau & Fils label, and guarantee the customer of quality wine, typical of the winery, at a reasonable cost. |
