Wine Advocate 92 points (Jun 2011) The 2004 Resalte Reserva spent 18 months in predominantly (90%) French oak. It delivers a bit more complexity in its perfume of earthy minerality, Asian spices, leather, violets, and black fruits. Youthful but slightly austere on the palate, unlike the Pena Roble cuvee, it demands the additional cellaring in order to fill out its structured frame. It offers a drinking window extending from 2014 to 2024.
