In the very heart of Puligny is a one-hectare vineyard which produces the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Folatieres”. 40% new barrels are used for the fermentation. This generous and opulent wine displays fine aromas of apricots and citrus fruits of bright golden color.
