Samling is renowned for the sweet Austrian wines it produces. The grapes are allowed to botrytize in order to concentrate their flavor similar to the French Sauternes. These wines are among the sweetest in the world, known as Trockenbeerenauslese. It features delicately spiced undertones in the nose, oranges, mango, apricots, and enormous complexity.
