This wine is entirely vinified in our cellar. A portion of the grapes come from a premier cru vineyard called " Les Guérets " , the rest part from a vineyard situated in the coomb between the premier crus and grand cru.

The soil is marked by a high percentage of clay and stones with a deep soil composed of limestone. The exposure is easterly giving deep colour and power to the wine.
