Chateau La Berriere is an 18th century domaine located 12 miles from Nantes, France. The vines are planted on southwest facing slopes to gneiss, clay and silica soils. Yields are kept low and the wine was aged sur lie for a minimum of three months.

A core of minerality provides structure to elderflower, almond blossom and nuanced undertones of just ripe stone fruit.

Each parcel of Melon de Bourgogne is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks using cultured yeasts.
