A rum from Thailand? That’s correct, made with Thai sugar cane and aged between seven and 12 years in warehouses “sited over cool lagoons,” the producer says. The end result is a rich burnished-gold color and a light, enticing aroma melding citrusy and creamy vanilla notes.
