Sku: 1861359*

Tasting notes
Colour: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections Nose: Fresh and fruity, with strong and persisitent notes of citrus fruit, pineapple and white flowers Palate: To the mouth, it confirms the full freshness noted in the bouquet, offering an assertive acidity in perfect balance with the structure of the wine

Other text
The historic Falanghina grape, which was first recorded almost two hundred years ago, in 1825, nowadays finds its epitome in the vineyards of the province of Benevento. The origin of the name is the latin word ‘phalange’, meaning ‘supported by stakes’. A selected vinification preserves its unique characteristics.

Food pairing
A very well-balanced and versatile wine with a complex and individual character. At its best as an aperitif or with fish and seafood.
