Aroma Fine and elegant. Fruity and floral notes typical of the grapes of this origin.
Palate Fresh and characteristic, excellent length and persistence. The olfactory correspondence with what is perceived in the fragrance is interesting.
Wine Notes upon ripeness Glera and Pinot Nero grapes are harvested and fermented to produce the Glera base wine and Pinot Nero Base wine.
The Pinot Nera is combined with the Glera base to proceed to the second fermentation. Wine is sterile filtered and sugars and specially selected
yeasts are added. It is placed in an autoclave to re-ferment and reach the desired overpressure. It is then cooled and matured with the yeasts
through short batonnages or stirring of the lees. After 60 days the wine can be filtered for bottling.
