In the 90s, the winery expanded its operations to meet growing production demands, supplementing its historic cellar -- which houses 300 barrels -- with a modern cellar that stores an additional 1,200 barrels. Located in the southern part of Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet produces both red and white wines and has a varied terroir with limestone, marl, and sandy soils.
