They focus on the 3 main varietals of the Ardeche region; Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, with a little Cinsault grown in small amounts...in addition, they experiment with some of the non-native varieties that were introduced post 1970. These are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and some Viognier.
