The fermentations into small steel tanks, occurs for about two weeks. Ageing: about 2 months in steel tanks. TASTING NOTES: well-balanced white wine is able to express very particular olfactory notes that recall citrus and white flowers. At the taste, there is fullness and a body rightly supported by acidity with a pleasant drinkability. FOOD PAIRING: Suitable for any kind of meal, from aperitifs to desserts.
