How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 โ€“ it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Co-founded in 1967 by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo, Carpineto quickly developed an international, award-winning reputation for consistently elegant wines. Sacchet and Zaccheo originally set out to produce a world-class red wine from Chianti Classico. Their vision expanded to include three additional properties in Tuscanyโ€™s most prestigious appellations โ€“ Montepulciano, Montalcino, and San Gimignano โ€“ with a total of 424 hectares of land under vine. Carpinetoโ€™s viticultural and enological practices allow it to successfully produce traditional wines using modern, innovative methods that maximize the potential of the terroir. The winery prides itself in its sustainable, low-impact farming techniques and adheres to a strict production code which features renewable energy and preservation of biodiversity. Focused on quality, Carpineto even imposes stricter quality standards upon itself than those outlined in the DOCG regulations.
