This wine is from France, Champagne region. Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label is a perfect example of harmony between delicacy and power. Dominated by Pinot Noir, this wine has a firm structure, rounded with a touch of Pinot Meunier. Nearly a third of Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse needed for perfect balance.A blend of fifty crus, mainly Grands and Premiers Crus. Consistent quality due to 25 to 35% of reserve wines.. This latest release of Yellow Label impressed our panel with the clarity of its flavors and their concentrated intensity. It's rich and substantial, a meal in a glass, with flavors of cider apple, salty lemon and bitter lime pith.

A satisfying aperitif. Light gold. Musky orchard fruits and dried fig on the mineral-accented nose. Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering smoky pear and nectarine flavors and a hint of honey. Finishes on a gently spicy note, with very good cling and a touch of bitter lemon pith. Things have definitely begun to turn around for this bottling, which had been lagging behind the winery's vintage offerings for some time.

50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier.
