Do my points expire?

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Vinification This is the last parcel to be harvested, as it faces north-east: we are looking for the most complete maturity possible for this old emblematic vine. At great sacrifice, we bring the concentrate of this vineyard to the neighbouring cellar. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard, multiple treatments during vatting, meticulous monitoring of the vinification process, assessment of the length of maceration: everything about this cuvee calls for caution if we want to obtain a result that lives up to its reputation. All the techniques developed for Clos du Chene Vert are adapted to Clos de la Dioterie according to the requirements of each vintage. The maturing process is also carried out in the same way. When the final blend is made, the discreet but great complexity of this rare wine is already apparent, and will be fully expressed after many years in the cellar.
