Château La Garance Rouge 2016: In 1986, Alain Thiénot bought this property in Graves around the same time as Château Rahoul. When he was about to release the first vintages, he named the property after his daughter Garance. Since 1988, the property has formed an integral part of Château Rahoul and benefits from the same ambitious investments undertaken in these vineyards by Alain Thiénot. The Graves soils of gravel mixed with sand and clay produce a unique and elegant style of Bordeaux Rouge. Varietals: 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon Aging: In vats Aromatics: Notes of fresh red fruit, lifted with a slight smokiness Palate : Balanced, fruity and long
