If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

In 1872, the estate was divided into two. On one side was Ollieux Romanis, managed by the Huc family. On the other, Chateau les Ollieux, owned by the Lignon family. The high quality of the soil and the suitable climate ensured large harvests for both families . The Phylloxera epidemic has caused sales to explode . Due to its resistance , our region has been spared from this aphid. Demand continues to increase, but the number of producers is decreasing. Wine-growing activity is continuing, and the Ollieux region is gaining recognition . "In 1916, the soldier's ration was increased to half a litre of wine per day per man: the military quartermaster's office would purchase up to seven million hectolitres. On 6 September 1918, with the supply of 520 hl, Paul Huc ensured the largest contribution from the commune of Montseret ." Driven by the industrial revolution , the model of trade and large volumes dominated the region's wine sector. The two World Wars only reinforced this. A closed shutter on a building "In 1955, Andre Surbezy, managing the Lignon property for his wife, owned two tractors, Paul Huc only one. Both farms still used horses: two at Surbezy's, three at Huc's. The corollary of this incomplete mechanization was the persistence of a salaried workforce: Paul Huc still employed twelve permanent employees and Andre Surbezy nine." Today, these differences may seem trivial, but they reveal two biases. In Ollieux Romanis, mechanization is more cautious , and the estate is developing with the intuition of the importance of preserving traditions .
