What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Description

Macon Fuisse wines are produced from the Chardonnay grape variety within the commune of Fuisse, in the Maconnais subregion of Burgundy. Fuisse is also one of the communes which can make white wines under the prestigious white wine-only Pouilly-Fuisse title. These latter wines are subject to stricter yield regulations than "Macon-plus-named-village" wines. The average age of the vines in this cuvee is 35 years old, hailing from 5 acres of clay and limestone with Jurassic sub soils. A slow and natural fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturing on fine lees for about 6 months in order to preserve all the freshness and the fruit of this vintage. Pronounced yellow gold. The clean, ample nose is youthful and somewhat reserved, suggesting mature yellow peach as well as subtle lemony and flowery highlights. In the mouth, the wine shows maturity and restraint. Moderately full-bodied, there are underlying, subtly sweet yellow fruits and a ripe, balanced acid frame. This excellent Chardonnay proves the merits of a Macon from the commune of Fuisse, which deserves to be better known.
