If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

In 1263, Colin of Kintail, Chief of the Clan Mackenzie, took a bold decision to stand up and be counted, and felled a charging stag which attacked King Alexander III of Scotland. In return for saving his life, the grateful King gifted the 12-pointed Royal Stag emblem to the Mackenzie Clan as a reward. When descendants of the Mackenzie Clan took over the ownership of The Dalmore distillery in 1867, they continued to honour this brave act and proudly put the 12-pointed Royal Stag on the bottle. To this day, the Stag still adorns each and every bottle of The Dalmore.Since its inception in 1839 by Sir Alexander Matheson, a long line of whisky pioneers have taken the helm at The Dalmore distillery, all with a shared vision to create a single malt unlike any other. The unique distillation at The Dalmore produces a complex new make spirit which can be matured for longer and in a greater variety of casks than any other. Master Distiller Richard Paterson travels the globe to hand-select only the finest casks in which to mature The Dalmore. Building on the foundation of the great men who went before him, he continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the art of whisky making.. Six different cask finishes were used for this bottling. Fudge, resin, tropical fruit, Seville oranges, and milk chocolate on the nose. Supple and smooth on the palate; complex, with red berries, orange rind, cream, cinnamon, and ginger. Long in the finish, with nougat, pepper, and dark berry fruits.
Caramel and toffee lead the nose, alongside a puff of smoke. The palate is robust and velvety, with dusty notes of cocoa, unsweetened chocolate and caramel. The finish is dry and complex, with hints of tea, leather, cocoa, cigar wrapper and vanilla. The producer says it's the only single malt in the world to incorporate six different cask finishes: former Bourbon, oloroso Sherry, Madeira, Marsala, Port and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels..
