What happens to my points if I make a return?

Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

Our team is ready and waiting to answer your questions about our rewards program! Just send us an email and we'll be in touch.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.

• David Moret is self-made – he studied oenology but had no family domaine to work at. He sold winery equipment to fund his own label, and made helpful connections in the Cote de Beaune • Only buys grapes from top winemakers who have a reasoned approach to viticulture (manual plowing, fully organic fertilizers, deliberately low yields, etc.), and always from the same plots of vines • He is a micro-negociant of only white wines • Gets grapes from Les Perriere (considered to be one of the best vineyards in Meursault) • Mersault has 17 Premiers Crus – lowkey rivaling Grand Cru from Cote de Beaune David Moret studied Viticulture and Oenology at school. Unfortunately, he did not have a family domaine to work at once he graduated. He then entered the wine trade by selling winery equipment to local vignerons, during which he developed close friendships with many of the top growers in the Cote de Beaune. This has allowed David to start his own label in 2000. One of the new micro-negociants, he is working with many of the growers he has come to know. He has continued to buy small parcels of grapes from the top growers of Meursault to press and ferment in his cellar, always sourced from the same plots of vines. Les Charmes, Les Genevrieres and Les Perrieres are the finest of Meursault’s 17 Premiers Crus, and many regard ‘Les Perrieres’ to be the best vineyard in Meursault, with the power and structure to rival many a Grand Cru from the Cote de Beaune. He has expanded his production to include Corton-Charlemagne, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint Roman, and Rully. He uses a maximum of 40% new oak to allow the elegance and minerality of the wines to shine through, as well as highlight the quality of the plots from which he sources his grapes.
