Vineyards: Own Vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary. By the foothills of the Andes at 4000 ft. altitude. High altitude grants fresh nights that contributes to preserve fresh fruit flavors and acidity in the grapes. Gravel and sand soil. Winemaking: Manual harvest during the first and second week of march. Fermentation in contact with french oak between 15°C and 17°C for 15 days. Aging for 6 months in contact with oak and lees. Tasting notes: Yellow color. Apples, lemons and pears aromas. Medium to full body with medium acidity and creamy palate.
