Domaine Clusel-Roch Galet is a 2019 red wine made from Gamay in the Coteaux du Lyonnais appellation of France. The grapes come from rented vineyards in the villages of Millery and Grigny.
Domaine Clusel-Roch is based in the Ampuis region. In the 1950s René and Joséphine Clusel grew vegetables, fruit trees and Côte-Rôtie vines and sold the wine in bottles. Their son Gilbert committed to Côte-Rôtie, and in the 1990s the estate planted massale selections from the Grandes Places vineyard, resumed ploughing, stopped chemical treatments and built a gravity-fed cellar. Organic certification followed in the 2000s. Gilbert's son Guillaume finished his winegrowing studies in 2009 and opened the domain to the Coteaux du Lyonnais appellation.
