Domaine Du Gros Nore Bandol Rosé is a 2025 rosé from the Bandol appellation in Provence, France. It is made from Mourvedre, Cinsault and Grenache.
Alain Pascal founded Domaine du Gros 'Noré in 1997, after his father Honoré died. Before that, he sold his Bandol fruit to Domaine Ott and Château de Pibarnon, and the family bottled wine only for themselves. Today he farms sixteen hectares around La Cadière d'Azur with his brother, Guy. The clay and limestone soils sit near the Mediterranean, with warm sun tempered by the Mistral. Alain lets the grapes ripen fully on the vine. Appellation law requires at least 50 percent Mourvèdre in each blend, and he uses 80 percent for more power and concentration.
