Domaine du Pélican Trois Cepages is a red wine from Arbois in the Jura, France. It blends Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard, and this bottling is from the 2024 vintage.
Domaine du Pélican is the Jura project of Guillaume d'Angerville. He began looking for vineyards in the Jura after tasting Stéphane Tissot's 2005 Chardonnay Arbois Les Bruyères blind in a Paris restaurant. He leased Chateau Chavanes in Montigny-les-Arsures, which came with 5 hectares of biodynamically farmed vines replanted ten years earlier. The domaine also farms 5 hectares never touched by chemicals, formerly worked by Jean-Marc Brignot. In 2014 he took over 4 hectares from the retiring Jacques Puffeney. François Duvivier leads the team in the Jura.
