Domaine Fourrier Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes is a red Burgundy made from Pinot Noir in the Chambolle-Musigny appellation of France. This is the 2018 vintage.
Domaine Fourrier, formerly known as Pernot-Fourrier, has been based in Gevrey-Chambertin for four generations. It was one of the first domains to export its wine to the USA, and it holds vineyards across many of the village's most celebrated appellations. After a lean period in the late 1980s, the estate was revived when Jean-Marie Fourrier took over in 1994. He combines the methods of his father and uncle, such as using vines at least 30 years old for the estate bottlings, with experience gained working with Henri Jayer and at Domaine Drouhin in Oregon, along with his own sense of style.
