Made from 100% Sangiovese, the grapes are harvested at the end of August. The bunches are carefully selected in the vineyard and sorted again upon arrival at the cellar using an optical sorter. After gentle pressing, the wine macerates with the skins for two hours before being transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it ages for three months on the fine lees. Named Alìe—meaning "wings" in Italian—this rosé is elegant Tuscan rosé displays a pale salmon hue with bright acidity and delicate stone fruit and floral notes. Perfect for warm evenings, light appetizers, and seafood dishes.
