Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Source: 100% Sémillon plots from Château Rahoul / Graves AOC Soil: Clay, gravel and sand. Aging: in amphora & barrel for six months The name ‘Semillon 54' is a nod to the date the vines were planted, 1954. The parcel was selected for its very unique clay-gravel soils, where Semillon is seen to thrive. There are two soil types on this parcel: luvisol*, a deep sandy-gravel soil on tertiary clay, and calcisol*, a clay-based soil with sandy-gravel colluvium at the surface, formed as a result of alteration of hard limestone. Semillon is a late-ripening grape that thrives on these early-ripening soils, where it enjoys moderate levels of water shortage. At Dourthe we are passionate about Bordeaux's diversity and multiple terroirs. This passion is the force that drives us to constantly push our limits to deliver new experiences and amaze wine lovers. With ‘Les Parcellaires de Dourthe', we have embraced a new, innovative plot-by-plot approach to single varietal grape selection resulting in a collection of unique, exclusive wines, sourced here on our estates. 'Les Parcellaires de Dourthe' wines challenge the accepted view of Bordeaux as a region of blended wines.
